Most organizations don’t operate in purely predictive or purely Agile environments, they operate somewhere in between. This session explores the reality of hybrid delivery, often referred to as “Wagile,” where traditional planning and adaptive execution coexist out of necessity rather than ideology.
 

Rather than framing hybrid approaches as a compromise or failure of Agile adoption, this session reframes Wagile as a leadership response to complexity, risk, regulation, and change. Participants will explore why many teams struggle in hybrid environments. Not because the model is flawed, but because leadership behaviors, expectations, and decision-making haven’t evolved alongside it.
